I made this easel card following following the sketch challenge at Christmas Challenges, I picked sketch #40. I used the Figgy Pudding paper pack from Basic Grey and some stamps from my stash that I suspect are Stampin' Up. I am giving this to a special friend of mine, she's kind of like a second mom, I can always call with strange questions and emergency babysitting requests and she never says no :). I am also entering the Christmas challenge at Hanna and Friends, and Paper Crafting Journeys Anything Goes challenge.
There are 3 parts of family memory keeping that are part of the crafting/scrapbooking world. First is Living History, what is happening now, the trip to the zoo, last years family reunion etc. Second, memories from days gone by, our ancestors, where they came from and how their experiences helped to shape us into who we are today, and finally staying in touch with the family that we have now, but don't see as often. I would like to spend a little time each week on all 3 of these.
You have made a beautiful easelcard. Thanks for joining us at CCWS.
